Most think it's sietic but it's not. I had a sports car with a 5 speed in it and had to sell it. Sometimes I wouldn't be able to push the clutch in, toooo painful. My docort checked the anibodies but that showed the hashimoto but I'm not sure about the nodule. It is not common to have it with Hashi's.Good luck with the baby. Keep us informed thanks, Annette
