Post New dosage

I had my thyroid removed in November due to cancer followed up with RAI. I have been trying to find the "right" dose now for a few months. I was on Levoxyl 137 at first, and my TSH was undetectable, so they dropped it to 125. My TSH was .18 on the 125, so my endo was happy with that since she wants to keep my TSH under 1. I was an absolute crazy woman though. I couldn't control my temper, and was yelling at my kids all the time. She agreed to try a lower dose I was put on 112 and had bloodwork done after 8 weeks. I was a lot calmer, but felt like I had less energy. I got a message from the nurse yesterday saying I had to go back on the 125. I really hated myself on that dose, and don't want to have to have a short fuse for the rest of my life. I don't know what the lab results were, I'm going to call Monday, she's only tested TSH. I'm wondering if doing Levoxyl and Cytomel would be helpful, or will that make my TSH higher? I just want to be under 1, but have no hyper symptoms, feeling on edge all the time is no fun. Does anyone have any suggestions, or know the best way to talk to my endo about a T3/T4 protocol? IS that even something that is an option for cancer patients. I really am upset about going back on the 125. Thanks, Aimee
