I forgot, as I have been doing alot lately, that i ahve tremors and some muscle twitching.

I have twitches and tremor also - and my thyroid is the only thing that is officially 'off' in my lab tests right now, which is how I ended up here!!! Read my other post to you and go back and read my originals under tremors and twitches. Like I asked on your other post, have you had any bloodwork?
