Post Trancing off/Medication

Hi Everyone:
I am at the young age of 18 and have been suffering from a thyroid problem for a bit over a year now. After many trips to the doctors, I was diagnosed with not only severe iron deficiency, but also Hashi's. I started off on Levothroid 50MCG (0.05MG) and was feeling awesome, with tons of energy and finally having my life back. When I got rechecked, they said it was too much medication and took me down to 25MCG(0.025MG)...I am not begining to feeling fatigued again and always sleeping, and have many symptoms of an underactive thyroid. Has anyone else had trouble getting the correct dosage? Also, I seem to trance off alot and space off..anyone else ever do this?

Your symptoms are common. The does you are on is the smallest available dose, and is less than what most people need. Do you have a copy of the lab results your doctor based the dose change on? Maybe you need a second opinion. I would be glad to help you make sense of the results, if you would like.

I am not a doctor, nor have I ever played one on TV...
