Post Tests, help someone

So I'm going to get tests done this weekend. Its an independent lab that's offering a range of tests at a killer price (I have no insurance). The test I'm taking is called a Mana (sp?) 1 Profile where they'll test for TSH, free T3, free T4 and T7. Can anyone tell me if this puts me on the right track to a someone correct diagnosis?

I think you are on track because T4 free and T3 free are tests you want, these are the active thyroid hormones in the blood. Also you may want to consider getting an antibodies test done, other tests can be normal but if you have symptoms and have antibodies then you have a thyroid problem. Antibodies mean that your body is attacking the thyroid and usually (but not always) your other numbers will still be in normal range.

Good luck
