Question small, red, not itchy, bumps on body

COuld this be caused by too much synthroid? Or maybe my multivitamin. I just discovered them today along with several bumps on my breats some with what appears to be hair growing out of them?????????????

I am so confused withwhat is happening in my body. I am calling my doctor in the morning but would appreciate any input from all of you!

Just an update...I have decided the bumps/rash was probably caused by the multivitamin not the synthroid. I have been on 75mcg for 6 years and was just upped to 100mcg. While I think the 100mcg is too much nd I am having other symptoms to show that, I think the rash (which now itches a little bit) was caused by the vitamin.
