Question just a quick question
Can someone tell me the difference in hypothyroidism and hypoPARAthyroidism?

From what I have gathered so far, hypoparathyroidism has to do with two small glands near the thyroid. They secrete parathyroid hormone. With hypoparathyroidism, the parathyroids fails to metabolize enough calcium and phosphorous. I'm just getting in to this so there may be more to it than I know of. I hope this helps.

The parathyroids control the calcium levels in your system. They are related to the thyroid by location only.
