As I posted in my lab results, my TSH and free T4 both fell from last time without meds, yet I still feel VERY bad. Is there something I could have eaten to have caused false lab results?
Look up "goitrogenic foods". That's a likely thing, if you've eaten those kinds of foods, or if you've been exposed to chlorinated or fluorinated water recently. The goitrogenic foods will have thiouracil (spelling?) or PTU in it, which are known to have anti-thyroid effects. These are foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, and so on.
