Post connection between anemia and adrenal fatigue?

I got my lab results back and my actual iron is okay but the iron binding and transferrin sat, RBC, hematocrit and hemoglobin are way down. Can this be adrenal related and if so, do you know a site that says that so I can take it to my doc?
