peregrine, or anyone, Where can I find liquid calcium
Hi there, after reading the posts about Fosamax, I am going to try to get my calcium another way, or try a different method. I want to try the liquid calcium, but don't know where to find it. Also, what time of day do you take it?
I use the Innovative Natural brand which can be purchased from health food stores, like Whole Foods. I would divide it into two doses for max. absorbability if you have Osteo. issues - 1 Tbl. AM and 1 PM. If you don't have Osteo issues than l Tbl. a day is probably sufficient.
