Post Help? Can't find the supplements I wanted, maybe try "on-line"?

Hi there,
I went to Wild Oats yesterday and did not have much luck. I posted about the DHEA remark. However, the only liquid calcium they had was Nature's Plus. It has magnesium in it which may be good since the woman did not know what water soluble magnesium citrate was. Can any one give me a brand name for that too? I am trying to replace the fosamax with something healthy, and effective. Any information will help.

I posted the liquid I take and the moderators deleted it so I guess that is not allowed. Sorry. I wish there was some way that I could get you the information and where to get it but this board doesn't seem to allow those kind of exchanges. Why not do some research on google for liquid calcium?

Hi Ibis:
I buy water soluble magnesium citrate in tablet form at a local health food store, manufactured by Now Foods (brand name). If a store doesn't have it, ask them to order it.
