Hi guys it seems like it has been years since I have posted any thing here. Life has a way of taking over for you. Here is a little run down of things. I have been on 0.125 mg levothyroxin for about the last 3-4 yrs, for a goiter. About 1 1/2 yrs ago my pharmacy gave me a cheeper brand and my goiter started growing at a fast rate. Had 1/2 of it removed and all the test came back fine
Over the last 6-8 months I have had the same old symptoms coming back tired all the time lack of consatration, heavy menses, constipation, palpitations, trembling hands, and still unable to loose wt. 5'3" 205 lbs
When all of this starte back up I doubled my meds without asking doc. Still have the symptoms but are a little bit better. I have also in this same time frame developed glucose intoleracne, and very high colesterol. My labs as always come back normal. Note: they even came back normal when the endo put me on the meds for the goiter. I am just at a loss for what to do next. I am so tired of feeling this way and sometimes it seem to me like they think I am just being a baby. It will take me at least 3 months to get in to see the endo. I am due for more labs I just need to get ahold of my pcp and get the order. Any sugestions
