Anybody tried Coryza Forte to help immune system?
A friend of mine suggested this to help with colds and upper respiratory infections. She said that if she gets the sniffles and takes one of these, she feels great the next day. Just wondering if anybody's tried it. This is the info that I found about it. Intended as a formula for treating upper respiratory infections, Coryza Forte is described as a "high potency C Complex Plus" product. It contains raw thymus, spleen, lymph, and RNA to promote drainage of congested tissue and to support the immune system. Raw Adrenal is present as is Vitamin C to stimulate the adrenals and the body's defense mechanisms. It is believed that the deoxyribosides contained in pollen are absorbed by the cell resulting in the production of interferon, the body's anti-viral substance. Bioflavoniods (sometimes called Vitamin P) assist Vitamin C in maintaining capillary integrity and regulate vascular permeability. Pantothenic acid plays an important role in the body’s immunity mechanisms. Calcium is necessary for maintenance of membranes and zinc is important in the synthesis of antibodies.
USEFUL IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Colds, Tonsillitis, Infections, Allergies (e.g. hay fever),Meniere's syndrome, Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Upper respiratory conditions.
DOSAGE: Acute - 3 capsules per hour for 2 hours or more then, 1 tablet per hour until symptoms abate. Chronic (or maintenance) 3-6 capsules per day.
Sounds like some good stuff. Let me know your opinions.
