I just had to post I got my biopsy results yesterday from my surgery and they are benign. I am so relieved. Now I will just need to make sure I am taking the right amount of meds.

I"m in the 'getting my meds' regulated boat also - so good luck on that! ( I go to the docs on the 22nd of this month to get switched to Armour).
I hate to say this, but I feel like I should. I know its probably not common that this happens, but I also had two biospy reports come back benign. I decided to have a partial thyroidectomy anyways, the pathology reports came back cancerous, and now in a week I am having another surgery to take the rest out. I hate that it happened but I do want people to follow thier guts and be aware. I REALLY REALLY hope for everyone that does get reports saying they are bengin that it is true, and that nothing else will come out of it. I wish you all the luck and I hope you keep up to date with testing the nodules and talking to the doctors.

I'm so sorry you have to go through that a second time-and so close to the Holidays.
I hope you don't have to do much for Christmas. I have a friend who has a brain tumor and just came out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago with bronchitis and a trans isechemic attack. She had a Christmas party last Saturday for about 30 people in her home. Thank goodness she had her husband and daughter to help her. And her guests brought so much food. They filled 2 tables and 2 counters with food.
Please take it easy after your surgery. Rest, rest, rest!

Thank you Barb, I plan on doing lots of lazing around over the holidays!! With my throat sore and my body weak, I am hoping to not gorge on those oh so delicious Christmas treats that are always around! Thank goodness for surgery!
