I've never seen this question asked on this board and now is the second time I'm responding to the same ? from two different people today.
Here's what I came up with for the first person I responded to:
Lymph is a clear-to-white fluid made of:
chyle (fluid from the intestines after digestion that contains proteins and fats)
some red blood cells
many white blood cells, especially lymphocytes (lymphocytes are the cells that attack bacteria in the blood
I don't know what the ranges are or what it's being tested for (maybe checking for low lymphocytes or how much protein and fat in the chyle?).
