Arms/legs falling asleep at night & couple questions
I haven't posted on here for awhile since things have been going ok. But recently been having some problems. About 7 months ago I saw my endo and my TSH was 1.3 and I was still having some symptoms (cold, fatigue). My TSH had increased slightly and my endo said it may have been from starting BCP. So she increased my synthroid from .75 to .88. I had been feeling alright but not great. In the meantime I moved, and in June I went to a new PCP and had her test my thyroid. My TSH was 1.5 (I forget the T4)...I got a call that everything was ok and no need to increase. But I find it strange that despite an increase in my meds my TSH slightly increased instead of decreased. (I know TSH varies, but I get blood drawn at same time of day).
Anyways, I've been feeling crappy and tired. And lately I've been having problems with my arms and legs falling asleep and waking me up several times at night. I used to get this symptom before I was diagnosed and started synthroid...after awhile it went away but it is back. Does anybody else have this as a symptom or heard of it as being one.
I don't know if I should try and make an appt with my PCP and talk with her about increasing my meds. My endo was great because she increased mine based on symptoms not numbers, but I'm not sure my PCP will.
