Been retested!!

Hi all xxxx the doc rang me this morning. she had spoke to my consultants registrar as my consultant is on holiday (must be nice and shes told me im to have a blood test tuesday ( my birthday hehe) exactly aweek before l do see the consultant she also says lm am still hyper thyroid and there happy with the way things are going they dont want to muck on with my meds or anything until they retest again (l still havnt got them but l will get the copies !!) this time shes also asked for heterlophile? antibodies to t3 (please remember l am trying to copy a doctors hand writing lol _also the free t3 free t4 and tsh . Does anyone know what the heterlophile antibodies test is for? Cheers guys by way lm feeling alot like the old me today hope you all are feeling good too have a lovely weekend xxx

Hi niecsey it is great to hear from you again. So they think you are still hyper.
Well that is too bad, but I am sure one of these days you will get to feeling better. I wish I could tell you what heterlophile means but I just don't know. Someone on the board surely knows.

Hi Lady xxx thanx for the reply its heterophile and omg l think it can be something to do with the pitiuary gland secretions rare? Oh lm going to stop reading about it this bloody thyroid malachy is never ending! and starting to scare me! oh hell........ hope im wrong done a quick search and thought 'OMG im off this search' lol hope your well hun xxxx thanx again

heterophile antibodies to t3 thats the exact words wrote in the extras coloumn of blood test envelope.

Ignore me lol found at least another 2 things it could be for that heterophile oh cant you just let your imagination over run on the internet? Dangerous in wrong hands hahaha
