Solgar and Biocare are the best makes. They are the most rescognised in the UK. I know Solgar is available in the US not sure about Biocare though.

The chelated multi minerals by Solgar is excellent so is the V2000 the One a day by Biocare is really good to.

I take the Chelate multimineras and the one a day by Biocare and it makes a huge difference to my health.

The only vitamins I have actually seen results from were Andrew Lessman vitamins. There is a company called ConsumerLab that randomly tests vitamin/mineral supplements to see if they really contain what they say. As far as I know they have never tested the Andrew Lessman vitamins but from my results alone I think they are the best I have ever taken.

I got very good results with NOW Special two multivitamin plus NOW coral calcium and magnesium. I think every B multi-vitamin out there works.
