Its Vince. Sorry I haven't posted in so long for those who have been following my threads. I have been extremely busy the past couple of weeks. My mom has been as well, so we have not made the appointment with the DO yet. However, I did get all my insurance information and information on the DO I am going to see, and hopefully get an appointment next week.
I have a question on another symptom that came up in the past weeks. Last night was my worst case of this. For a long time now, one of my ongoing symptoms is tiredness, yet I am unable to fall asleep easily. I went to bed at 10:30 last night and as I was drifting into sleep, my arms and hands were trembling. Almost like shivering, but to a more severe degree. I could even feel it in my mouth; and my facial muscles felt like they were doing it too. It woke me up, and whenever I tried to fall asleep again it would happen. This is the worst case I've had of this; as this has happened several times before, especially if I was very tired or stressed. This seems more like a neurological symptom or a sleep disorder symptom, but can it be caused by a thyroid problem? Also, sometimes when I'm falling asleep my head feels like its "floating", like Im drifting in water. Any help is appreciated
PS. I have also been getting a lot of weird, itchy rashes, and waves of cold sweat/chills. Is there anything else to consider besides thyroid problems?
UPDATE: I just got an appointment for Sept. 10th. I'll let you all know how it goes.
