SueMG Newbie (female) Join Date: Aug 2004 Posts: 5	Help need new Doctor Can anyone recommend a DR in the NJ area??? I'm having trouble finding a good physican who treats Hypothyroid by not only going by TSH numbers but who uses Free T numbers. According to my labs my Free numbers are low. Physicians I have been seeing only go by TSH numbers and don't routinely do Free T tests. I would like to find a physician who tests for Free T also. I don't know why they still go by TSH numbers only. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks.
