Had to sign a release to get my daughters thyroid bloodtest results!!
I asked for my daughters bloodtest results and they told me I had to sign for them. Has anyone had to do this? I have a different doctor than she does and when I ask for mine I never have to sign. My daughter is 12 years old.

Just wondered if anyone has had to do that. I asked for a copy.

I had to sign a paper to get a copy of my blood test results from my ob/gyn.

Oh okay! I just never had to do that before. I guess I am not the only one.
All the doctors do different things. Live and learn!!!
