Question Is this hypo or going back to hyper?

My test results show that my tsh is 0.700 and my freet4 is a little below the range. Could this be going back to hyper or could it be a pituitary problem?

Do you think the tsh is suppressed?

Questions Questions????

If your Free T4 is BELOW range, then you need more T4, regardless of TSH. IT could be indicative of a pituitary or hypothalamus problem or it could be that your pituitary and hypothalamus are so used to you haveing a low metabolism that they "think" low is normal. Regardless of TSH, if your T4 is that low, you need more T4.

Re: Is this hypo or going back to hyper?

Also depends on how you feel. How do you feel? My TSH has to be around .004 for me to feel good, so you might be like me.
