I really need some guidance here

I asked my endo to run the test for Graves antibodies he
did a thyroglobulin Qn. which was less than .5 range .5-55(what does
this mean?)
antithyroglobulin 95 range 0-40 and thyroid peroxidase 508 range 0-34

Which one of these is the antibody for graves?

I just really don't think I have Graves how can you switch from Hashis
to Graves? I just have this gut feeling that I don't need to take the
PTU my TSH and FT4 are normal now.Should I tuff this out for awhile
and see what happens? My heart palpatations have really decreased
I still have the hot flashes and diarrhea though. My LDL chloesterol
increased quite a bit from the last time which concerns me too.

Thank you so much everyone I always feel so bad coming and always
asking questions without any advice. The only advice I can give is on
imaging studies.I really appreciate you guys (((HUGS)))

Don't know how much help I can be. I've never heard of a "thyroglobulin QN" test, and a real quick google search didn't turn up any information about it. Whatever they are, your test indicated you don't have them.
As far as I've read, the ABs for Graves' are TSI and antithyroglobulin (Tg). Anti-Tg's are also sometimes seen with Hashi's. TPO's are most frequently associated with Hashi's. I'd ask the doc to do a TSI, if I were you.

Other than that, I can't give advice about meds and treatment. Hope someone else can.

Re: I really need some guidance here

Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulins are the definative test for Graves as these are the antibodies that cause the thyroid gland to be overstimulated.

It's common for those with Graves to also test positive for TPO (thyroid perioxidase) but it's usually in much lower titres than what is seen with Hashimoto's.
