Don't know how much help I can be. I've never heard of a "thyroglobulin QN" test, and a real quick google search didn't turn up any information about it. Whatever they are, your test indicated you don't have them.
As far as I've read, the ABs for Graves' are TSI and antithyroglobulin (Tg). Anti-Tg's are also sometimes seen with Hashi's. TPO's are most frequently associated with Hashi's. I'd ask the doc to do a TSI, if I were you.
Other than that, I can't give advice about meds and treatment. Hope someone else can.
