I read on the internet somewhere. | I have never read that anywhere and there is enough evidence to the contrary that I would be suspicious of any source that said ANY form of calcium is OK to take at the same time as your thyroid meds. Calcium Citrate IS supposedly absorbed more readily, but I am certain that it woudl still block absorbtion of thyroid meds.
