Big toe numb

Dont know if this is related, if it's something like anemia...who in the heck knows. Just thought I'd bring it up and get some input.

The last week my big toe- on the bottom pad and the tip feel numb. It's a weird feeling. Doesn't tingle...feels like I have a piece of plastic stuck on my toe- but there isn't anything there. It's my right big toe.

I saw somewhere it said could be anything really. Compressed nerve, hypothyroidism, anemia...etc.

I don't wear high heeled pointy shoes often, it seemed to come on out of the blue. It happened when I was walking around, I thought my sock was bunched up there and giving me the weird feeling.

Thanks!
April
