lab test came back today (help)

ive gained 30 pounds in 6 months i have been taking syntroid 0.150mg my tsh
is 17.30 ALT IS 66 i have a doctors app on friday but if anyone knows now i
would appreciate to know now.

Sounds like you need a dose increase. Make sure your dr tests your FREE T3 and FREE T4, the TSH is only a pituitary response and treatment should not be based on it alone, the FREE levels are your actual thyroid hormones, you really NEED to know where in the range they are, (both should be in the upper 1/3 of the labs range).
