hypo,but hyper with iodine anyone?

I have Hashimoto's with hypo symtoms. The thing I've noticed lately is if I eat shrimp, or seafood, or take selenium to help my thyroid, I go into what feels like a hyper state: shaky, faster heart rate, etc. Anybody go from hypo to hyper with just increasing iodine?

Karen
