I am looking for a good endo in my area. Just from the search I have done, I haven't come up with too many names. I consulted with a surgeon this week who "subspecializes" in thyroid disorders, but I was not impressed. Thanks in advance for any input.

I talked to an acquaintance who is an RN and is hypo----she said she goes to Dr. Keri Erland in Boise.

I know of other people who went to Dr. Cynthia Clinkingbeard in Eagle.

I know someone who goes to Dr. Richard Christensen.

Dr. Tarek Haw is up in Couer d' Alene. I went to him when he was in Boise. I recently went up and saw him---he made adjustments that have made me feel better---but I still have a ways to go.

I honestly didn't think there was anyone on the boards from Idaho. In my research, I did find a "thyroid specialist" in SLC, UT (or the SLC valley) a woman doctor---and I called about an appoitment, but you had to have a referral from another doctor. Let me know if you learn something good. I hope you can find someone. I know how hard it is!
