| Cold Intolerance?
If my TSH levels have been stable yet I am experiencing some new cold intolerance does this mean my TSH levels are no longer stable?
I HAVE started eating a higher fiber diet (which I understand can affect absorbtion of Levothyroxine) but I do always take my medicine on an empty stomach and an hour before eating; plus, I have been exercising much, much more (does an increase in physical exertion warrant a change in levels?).
The cold intolerance is similiar to pre-diagnosis. Even when standing in a very hot shower, I am chilled to the bone. I am sleeping in full pajamas, under two blankets and still, chilled to the bone.
Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks so much.
