Where can I get T3?
 

I am on 100 mcg of Synthroid and I have terrible brain fog...and am very tired. Only been on the medication for four weeks. I am contemplating getting on T3. Is it readily available? How much does one take? :)

T3 is a prescription medication - you can get it straight in Cytomel or in Armour which is a T4/T3 combination.

You'd need to speak with your doctor first.

I believe it takes closer to 6 weeks for the synthroid to work fully. Give it time. You definitely need to talk to your doctor. I imagine he would want to get you stable on the synthroid first before introducing a second medication.
