Hypo--Hyper--GERD..Oh My

Hi All.. Hypo runs in the family, but I had my first experience in 00/01 when I was dx with sub clinical hypo and then Hashi's.. given a radioactive uptake which nuked my thyroid an turned me hyper in 01..I felt OK but never really got my full energy back. Now that I think about it I was living and working at a place that sold iced tea. My boss would give me green or iced tea. I met and married a woman at the same place and 2 weeks after our honeymoon I started being exhausted and sleeping long hours. I knew what to check and was dx as sub clinical hypo. I worked my way up and was feeling well on two grains of Armour..Fwd to Feb 05 and we are buying a cheap mobile home in Fl after helping doing storm repair for two months. After moving in the exhaustion came again and I got help with the voc rehab which is paying for my appts. It turns out now 2 grains was too much and he has me back to one. I went thru salt craving and drinking excessive and exhaustion to insomnia. I still and totally exhausted and as soon as I exert myself, I feel like every last bit of energy disappears. Muscle weakness and very bad GERD..I take melatonin and sominex to get some sleep. I had a bad heat flash a few days ago... I also am applying for diability ..Anybody else got thru this...anything that helps with muscle weakness? Thank You..God Bless..Kim
