Question and Theory about parathyroid damage and Hashi's

Does anyone think there is a possibility that a thyroid can swell with hashi's and temporarily injure the parathyroid gland from either the swelling or a unique physiology?

I get these tremors that feel sort of like a buzzing that seems very similar to what people here have described after surgery as a parathyroid injury. Im wondering if when I feel crappy and my thyroid is huge if it can be squeezing the blood supply or something else to my parathyroid glands. It could just be a really hyper phase but it feel more odd than that. Has anyone heard of anything like that?

If you had some parathyroid problems after surgery can you please describe the feeling you got in detail so I can compare my symptoms?
