Question Can you have normal FT4 and high FT3?

I was wondering if I could be having something else going on here. My FT4 is normal 1.6 and my FT3 is 330. I have tried Cytomel and it gave me heart palps so bad that I couldn't sleep. So...could I have too much FT3? Ever heard of anyone having hypo and hyper? How do you solve that? Maybe I have a defect somewhere...I am taking .075 levoxyl and still don't feel well. Could there be something else wrong elsewhere that I am not looking???? PLEASE open my eyes...

Re: Can you have normal FT4 and high FT3?

We need to know the lab ranges for FT4 and FT3. FT4 of 1.6 is high-normal on most ranges, and an FT3 of 330 would only be in the middle of the range my lab uses.
