TSH 3rd generation is not much, if any, different from the other TSH you had done. "3rd generation" is simply the method used to perform the test.
Do you believe you're hypo- or hyperthyroid? Your TSH is rather low to have hypothyroidism, but it is still possible to have what's known as secondary hypoT.
You need more and better tests. T3 uptake is pretty useless. You must find out what your free thyroid hormone (FT4/FT3) levels are, and antibody testing is a good idea too.
