You can be in perimenopause in your midthirties and hypos often go through this early. Perimenopause can last for 10 years even, before actualy meno...so I have read...what fun!
Why don't you post your labs along with the labs ranges and will will give it a shot. Lots of times a person is just undermedicated or needs to add in T3 or some adrenal support. Let's start will your most recent labs first: FT4, FT3 and TSH....If you don't have them, go get a new set of the ones I mentioned...TSH alone (despite what the docs say ) IS NOT ENOUGH. well girl, be thankful your thin, ive was thin once,hahah,,,,,then became hypo and been fat ever since,,,,and i dont eat much at all........i just feel bad all the time...,now my doc says im really hyper,and i havent lost a pound...so who knows????,good luck,,,,,,,,
