The range for T3 depends on the lab. I have been to 2 labs- different ranges. If it is low, then not as much Free T3 can be produced - and Free T3 is what makes you feel ok if there is just the right amount. Not enough? - then you are hypo - too much and you are hyper. I think this is right - but the others will probably jump in here and help me out.
Your TSH, of course, is at the top of the range. It's calling out for more T4 and T3 to be made by your thyroid. If it were really low, it would be saying there is plenty.
