okay aganist all advise here I did have the r.a.i last wednesday. I am sorry I did leson to the advise and i went it to it aganist my better judgement BUT I just want to feel good again. I have gone through so much in the last 6 years and I just want my son to have his moyher back. As of now I really dont notice any difference except I have 1 problem I am not sure it is connected to the rai or not But I got up yesterday and I have sores all in my mouth I can barely eat or brush my teeth they hurt so bad Most of them are in the front at the bottom of the teeth but do have a few in the back feels as tho my gums are going to let my teeth come out. Has anyone ever experienced this? How long does it last? Would appreciate any advise Also Where do I go from here What is the next step after R.A.I ? Thanks Bev

I had a sore tongue before RAI and it got much worse after. My doctors were not concerned but it sure made eating a painful process.

The only thing I could see were small white sores, nothing like a canker. These never got scabby, just stayed there and kept me in pain for a couple weeks.

I have read that there is a symtom of toxic PTU that causes mouth sores, it is uncommon, but can happen, and I know that you said that you had RAI but aren't you still on a PTU?
