| Hashimotot's / Allergies / Peppermint Tea
hey, so just recently, as my seasonal allergies spiked with the coming sun, my symptoms seamed to get worse. the burning skin sensation i get in my forearms reappeared after quite some time without it. i was wondering if allergies such as i have worsen hashimoto's because it aggravates the immunse system? any thoughts or info on that would be great!
also, i started eating peppermint tea? anybody know if one with thyroid should or should not drink it? wondering if that has caused the symptom spike as well?
