change in bowel habit?
Hi there,
Has anyone noticed any change in their bowel habits after being on thyrohormone replacement? And if so how has it changed for you?

It gets better and better with proper thyroid treatment. Before treatment, I was so constipated with acid indigestion.

When the T4 started getting into my system, I had several bowel movements in a day at first. This is mostly because it gets quite packed in the intestines for awhile, and it all wants to come out.

Now since being on proper treatment, I have a bowel movement in about 10 minutes from awakening in the morning. It is not a small one either.

well i've been taking thyrohormone for 19 months now. And I've noticed that now i go every day as soon as i wake up.And it's quite soft . No constipation at all. Soft stools and sometimes completely unformed.
Could it be the pill? I also drink french coffee, not instant one !.
I was just wondering.Because it's been going on for 6 months now.
