About T3

Did you know that your T3 can be reduced by stress and dieting?

I have been doing some studying on T3.

Re: About T3

Thanks Lady50 - My T3 was very low last time it was checked (4 weeks ago) and, of course, I AM under a lot of stress because of the hypo symptoms and not being able to do as much as I used to.

I am not dieting, however, I feel as if I can't eat because if I do, I crash! If I kept track of the food I eat, my body may THINK I am dieting.

I am seeing new endo next Tuesday - should I bring this up? I am a little foggy this am - been trying to continue my list of ?? for him. That stresses me also. Did you find this in a book? I want to go prepared, but cannot think straight enough sometimes, and I am only a LITTLE hypo. I sure feel for those of you who are a lot hypo or hyper.

Thanks again Lady - You are an asset to this board!
