Smile Morning all,

Hi its been a while since I posted here but I still read this board every day. I got to see a Endo, about 3 weeks ago and got a lot of blood test done. they were:
Test result flag reference range
TSH 37.000 High 0.400-4.000
free T4 0.6 low 0.8-1.8
totalT3 109.0
Intact pth 77.7 High 10.0-69.0 (not sure what this is)
ALK PHOS 111.0 High 30.0-103.0
BUN 6.0 low 7.0-19.0
I'm not sure what it all means and am having more test done at this time. I have heard that some of the test have to do with Lupus but I don't know yet. Its great to have you all here. Have a good weekend Diane

Re: Morning all,

Hi Diane,
I think the Intact pth test has to do with your parathyroids.

I read that the measurement of PTH is a very useful tool in the diagnosis and management of hypercalcemia. Something to do with calcium - too much? not enough?
Take care.
