I've seen this mentioned several times and wondered about it. I did look it up and found out that it's a Dietary supplement. I was wondering if it is supposed to help Hyper, or Hypo T's or Hashi's or Graves? Can you give me the skinny? or the pudge for this hypo/hashi girl? hehehe!
I've been taking it for a few weeks b/c I read it was good if you're hypothyroid (I have Hashi's) but I forgot exactly what it does - I know it supports the thyroid lol.
Yes, selenium helps convert the T4 to T3. I took 200 mcgs of selenium + 100 mcgs of levoxyl, and after a few weeks became hyper. Probably should have reduced the dose after awhile. Did not take selenium with the levoxyl. So, in my experience it works.

Thank you all! I see the Endo Doc on the seventh of next month and I'm going to ask he or she if I should give it a try. Thank you for explaining it to me!

Is Levoxl, the same and syntroid, and why not take the two together? I'm a bit confused *sigh* but it does not take much too confuse me these days....
