Neck Itching
I remember reading a post about neck itching about 2 months ago (at the time it did not pertain to me), but I couldn't find it. Just in the past couple of weeks I have developed an intermittent itching around my sternal notch. I don't see any type of bug bite or rash. Sorry to rehash this again, but what did some of you attribute this to?
