does anyone know what are the normal levels of thyrois stimulating hormone for a lady who wants to concieve?

In the book Living Well with Hypothyroidism, the author tells about her experience of trying to conceive. Her OB told her that TSH of between 1 and 2 is optimal for conception and maintaining a pregnancy.
