I would say you are overmedicated. Your medication should be decreased.

Re: new labs what do you think?

By the labs, it looks like a slight reduction in meds might be warranted.

But how are you feeling? If you're feeling hyper, anxious, having a racing heart & frequent bowel movements, those sorts of symptoms would be in line with the test results.

People with "thyroid hormone resistance syndrome" may not feel well unless they have high levels, over the ref range top, of T3. The TSH is usually extremely suppressed to get there. If you are one of those folks, and intend to stay on the higher dose of meds, please be sure to get regular bone density scans done. I should mention that THRS is controversial -- the majority of endos don't acknowledge it.

Best wishes.

Re: new labs what do you think?

thank you
I am new to this (2 months)
I had put all my symptoms down to menopause and the fact that I'm about to turn the big 50, but then I lost 1/2 inch in height in 6 months time. I have felt a lot better since starting the meds in fact I have had only 2 crash and burn days in the last month, my hair is still falling out but I understand that can take a while for it to stop. I will call and ask my dr. about lowering the meds thank you very much for the infomation. Any more tips ??.
