I had TT in June and still trying to stabilise I have been on 75 mgs of levothyroxine for nearly a month and feel far from right these are my latest bloodtest.
TSH 15.87.................. Ref Range0.27-4.20

T4 22.2..................... Ref Range 12.0 - 22.0
Can anyone explain please?

To me you seem undermedicated. Is your doctor trying to stabalize you very slowly for some reason? Did you start on a very low dose of levo. and are slowly working your way up? To my knowledge a full replacement dose as you would need after a TT would be more in the 150-225 mcgs. But most doctors start you off low and gradually increase. I'd ask him for a bump up in medication and see how you do.

Free T3/T4 tests would give a much better picture of what's going on with your thyroid. Doctors rarely check to see what's happening with the most important active hormone (T3). If your Free T3 level is low (by low, I mean lower half of the normal range) you need to switch to a combo hormone replacement. Synthetic T4 doesn't work well for a lot of hypos.
