magnesium and water retention
I keep hearing that some of you are taking Mg and that it helps with the water retention. I am drinking 3-4 liters of water a day per all the dieting advice in books, but I'm not losing weight, I've actually gained a couple of pounds, so I'm wondering if maybe the Mg would help? How much are you guys taking and how soon did you notice it was helping with the water retention? Thanks!
