| Don't know how to get help. Constantly Puffy, unrecongnizable face, nose.. etc.. help
hello i am new here i didn't know where to go for help. i am a teenager male and my eating habits have been kinda changing alot lately. it all started because i noticed i was waking up every morning and my face kept looking different, my eyes were all puffy and i was TOTALLY unrecognizable. it would last all day and soon i got used to looking unrecognizable. then i learned about food allergies and im going to get tested for food allergies.. but other than that, i was reading a lot of "puffy" posts in this section so i thought maybe i have a thyroid probelm.
my whole face is puffy, my eyes are super small and beady looking, my nose is fatter and more puffy, my hands are kinda puffy, i dont know what this all means. im getting tested for food allergies soon, but if its not that, what could it be? i dont exercise a lot, but im going to start exercising a lot
