I have tried a few things........... natural thyroid supplement before I started Armour......... I also have tried the coconut oil but for other reasons.....skin and hair............ Not sure if it has helped my thyroid or my nodules or not...... I have tried accupuncture, Reiki, energy healing and just recently had a "tuning fork" treatment.......... not much is mentioned about the alternative treatments on this board........ I am willing to give just about anything a try within reason and cost............. It has been interesting...
Selenium supplements are recommended........
I have a friend taking chinese herbs for hyperthyroidism and she seems to feel they work good for her along with accupuncture........
Armour has been working great for me....... I am on 2 1/2 Grams......
I am a medical person but study Holistic........... I think a mix is good......
