| My scheduled surgery
Hi guys, I saw my surgeon again today, he scheduled my surgery for April 21, because he has many scheduling conflicts w/ his partner before then, this is the quickest they can do it. Is that soon enough? is my question. (Recap) I have 2 nodules on is 2.? cm and one is tiny on my thyroid, the surgeon and endo chose not to biopsy and both recommended removal due to size. The surgeon says it appears by ultrasound to be benign, obviously cant be sure, but his opinion. So do I go to another Surgeon for another opinion on having it done sooner, or do I just wait w/ the date? I am just having a hard time concentrating on anything but my neck and the possiblity of cancer. Anybody w/ any advice would be a blessing at this point, and also reassurance. I feel crazy!!
